Mitsubishi Electric

Sales campaign

Knowledge connects

Both Climaveneta and RC Group have been part of the Mitsubishi Electric Group since the acquisition of DeLClima by Mitsubishi Electric.

Through this acquisition, Mitsubishi Electric has laid the foundation for the expansion of its business portfolio. The company’s goal is to fully exploit the resulting synergies and further strengthen its business in the areas of heating, cooling and ventilation.

Task

Conception of a communication strategy to publicize the acquisition for internal employee communication as well as external customer and partner communication.

Idea

Derived from the mission statement “Knowledge at work”, we place the synergy effects with the guiding idea “Knowledge connects” in the focus of all measures.

Solution

The merger creates quick-witted teams and a joint sales structure, which are represented and have their say in all communication measures. The campaign shows the consideration of both sides resulting in a common goal: The widest possible range of complete solutions in heating, cooling, air conditioning and ventilation technology.

“We are building a powerful team and a joint sales structure to bring our solution concepts closer to users. Our customers can rely on the same technological expertise in chillers that they have come to expect from Mitsubishi Electric. In the future, we will offer all customers in Germany an even wider range of complete solutions in heating, cooling, air conditioning and ventilation technology with three strong brands."

Holger Thiesen
General Manager Mitsubishi Electric, Living Environment Systems and Vice President of the German branch of Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V.

A merger with added value – written by hand

With the handwritten mailing announcing the acquisition, we set a very personal as well as binding signal. The mailing is aimed at engineering offices and planners, plant manufacturers in the HKS sector, larger HVAC companies and end customers in the commercial sector, as well as general contractors.

In terms of content, it provides an overview of the current state of the refrigerant debate and delivers comprehensive solutions.
